I currently offer online/virtual sessions for individuals in British Columbia (ages 18 and up) supporting them through life’s challenges.

I currently offer online/virtual coaching sessions to individuals ages 18 and up living anywhere in the world. As your coach, I will help you tap into your own innate powers to manifest the life of your dreams. 

Together we will work to remove limiting beliefs, rewire neural pathways, upgrade paradigms, and create a plan and process to set and achieve your personal goals. 

My approach to coaching work is grounded in the belief that each person is inherently driven toward growth, the ability to achieve goals, self-actualization and self-transcendence. It brings me incredible joy to help clients manifest their life goals.

Supervision Consultation to Professionals

I am excited to offer supervision sessions to:

-   Professional educators transitioning from teaching to counselling

For my supervision clients, I offer experienced, compassionate support as a professional who has been a long-time educator in the classroom, as well as a school counsellor, and independent counsellor.

I will work with you as a professional to develop in the following areas:

• Self care, self confidence and compassion

• Client care, planning and case reviews

• Understanding ethics in counselling

You will also feel supported in and encouraged in your personal and professional development as you grow in creating a prosperous life and practice.
